We offer a limited number of Hot Desks (up to 50 hours per month) for $175, daytime work week access. But we are also open to creative options such as shared desks for people who can organize their schedules. And we are experimenting with mature student fees to allow after hours access. We are open to a conversation.
As for barters, our philosophy is we'd rather pay for your talent, which is surely worth more than a desk. That way the relationship is clear, you'll have sufficient funds to pay for your space, and you won't feel as if we're getting the better end of the deal.
Bottom line, we aim to operate at cost and to share this space with hardworking people and small businesses who would rather interact with other professionals than work from home or in the too often unpredictable environment of a coffee shop.
